Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Claw Agents Marketplace ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Claw Agents Marketplace website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3. Marketplace Rules

For Creators

You retain all rights to your Workflows
You grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use purchased Workflows
You receive 95% of sales (we take 5% platform fee)

For Buyers

You receive a personal use license for purchased Workflows
Reselling or redistributing Workflows is prohibited
All sales are final unless the Workflow is defective

4. Payments and Fees

Platform fee: 5% of each sale
Payment processing: Charged by Stripe (typically 2.9% + $0.30)
Creator payout: 95% minus Stripe fees

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of Workflows you create. By uploading, you grant us a license to host and display your content on the marketplace.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Leipzig.
